TRIPLE S RANCH & MARKET GARDEN
Triple S Ranch and Market Garden is a non-profit social enterprise in Winfield, Alberta. We hire adults with autism to manage, operate, develop skills and sustain a 40-acre farmstead. Triple S grows vegetables using clean energy sources: solar and wind power. It uses clean, eco-friendly and natural ways to grow and maintain its gardens using only natural pesticides and fertilizers. No harmful chemicals or synthetic growing hormones.
Our 2024 season will include:
1.Standard employment (30 hour week over 5 or 3 weekdays)
2.Learning and Hands-On Skills Development Gardening Program; Light Construction Program; and Small Animal Care Program.

Triple S Ranch is an agribusiness that provides a creative solution to support the unique employment needs of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and allows them to grow and succeed on a safe, eco-friendly sustainable farmstead.
Beginning in spring and ending in late fall, we grow and maintain organic produce for the local community, business, and markets. All ranch profits are reinvested to expand and enhance opportunities to contribute further value to the community.

Autism Awareness Day
World Autism Awareness Day is an internationally recognized day on April 2 every year, encouraging Member States of the United Nations to take measures to raise awareness about people with autism throughout the world. It was designated by the United Nations General Assembly resolution.

A New Year and New Programs
TSR is offering its traditional employment program but this year we will be more fully integrating the Animal Assisted Wellness and private Edu-vacations. New programs will give you a break from your everyday routine and time to learn employment skills, life and social skills while focusing on fun summer activities, like swimming, kayaking and hiking.
